Professional Accomplishments
Highlighted below are a few of my professional accomplishments, these are the ones that I am the most proud of and the ones that taught me the most.

I was responsible for the implemenation of the Master Data Managment initiative at Agilysys, where there had been no previous management of the company's core data of customers, products and suppliers.

I was responsible for the creation of the data governance policies and establishing of the data stewards within the Agilysys organization.

I was a key contributor for an Oracle ERP implementation my areas of responsibilities included Customer Data, Inventory, Order Management, Price Lists, Suppliers and Oracle CRM on Demand. Additionally I was consulted in other modules including Quoting, Invoicing and Sales Groups.

I managed the reorganization of the Major Accounts deparment while at OfficeMax. This reorganization allowed the group to be much more efficient and effective while becoming very responsive to both our internal and our external customers.

I was responsible for the creation, documentation, presenting and implemenation of the training materal for the Major Accounts department at OfficeMax.

I was responsible for managing 15-20 third party debt collectors at SCFMG where we were successfully collecting approximately $500,000 worth of small balance debts a month.

I was responsible for growing the revenue at a new Salvation Army Thrift Store to over $50,000 in revenue on a monthly basis.
